Mercy Health’s Home Care services have been awarded gold at the Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards 2025.
The award was presented to Mercy Health Home Care at a ceremony in Sydney after the service offering was rated the highest in the Quality Service survey’s Home Care Service VIC/TAS category.
Clare Douglas, Chief Executive Healthy Ageing at Mercy Health, said this award wouldn’t be possible without the Home Care team’s dedication and tireless work.
“Mercy Health Home Care is committed to delivering personalised care that meets the unique needs of each client, ensuring they not only receive high-quality care but also feel supported every step of the way,” Ms Douglas said.
“This recognition, which is based on our Home Care clients’ feedback and experiences, is testament to the efforts of each team member who provide trustworthy, proactive and consistent services that set Mercy Health apart.”
Each year, Reader’s Digest commissions their Quality Service survey to provide a comprehensive analysis of customer satisfaction with Australian brands across 52 categories. Organisations are rated against five key pillars of customer service – personalisation, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction and consistency – with the highest rated company of each category awarded gold status.
Mercy Health Home Care has provided high-quality, compassionate care to older people across Australia since 2006.
Mercy Health has become one of Australia’s leading health care providers and remains steadfast in its ongoing commitment to care first. This is evident within the organisation’s essential Home Care services, which are designed to support individuals looking to stay in their homes so they can continue to engage with, and participate in, their local community independently.
