Catholic Health Australia members are being given until 12th July to enter HESTA’s ‘Compassion in Action – Catholic Social Justice’ awards
The 2021 HESTA Award for Catholic Health Australia will recognise an individual, or team, who has shown creativity, commitment, and accomplishment in effecting positive social change. Short-listed applicants will present their work at the CHA National Conference in August.
Entering the awards is an opportunity to showcase your organisation’s commitment to social justice in action.
It’s also a chance for reward, with $5,000 and a trophy for the successful entrant.
How to enter?
Submit a 500 to 1000 word statement addressing the following:
• What is your project?
• Why is your project innovative?
• What is changing because of your project, and why is this important?
Please also include any other information about your project which you feel is relevant and speaks to its purpose. No project is too big or too small, and the judging panel will simply be looking for innovation and impact – whether it’s for one person or many.
