CHA Refund Policy

Catholic Health Australia's refund policy is outlined below

Conference, Retreats, Workshops and Education Programs

Cancelations one month prior to the advertised date will incur an administration fee of $100 (plus GST where applicable) or 25% of registration fee depending on which is the lesser. Cancelations two weeks before the advertised date will incur a charge of 50% of the registration fee. No refund will be given for cancelations one week before the advertised date. A replacement delegate is acceptable. There is no refund for non attendance. No shared registrations will be considered. Requests for refund or a replacement delegate is required in writing before the commencement of the events.

CHA Publications

Catholic Health Australia will refund in full or replace any damaged or faulty goods. Catholic Health Australia will register all goods that are posted and take no further responsibility for goods lost in transit.
